Meredith is an expert level trainer in TRX Suspension Training. She first started working with the TRX to heal her own muscles imbalances from years of running and cycling.
Since 2011 she has been teaching small group classes or individuals to enjoy the strengthening and flexibility exercises that TRX has to offer.

Program Builds usually take an average of 3 Sessions. This includes learning the basic moves on the TRX and going from there.

I will give you customized weekly and monthly training plan leading up to your event. Tips on how to cross train and get your ideal conditioning in. If you don't have an event in mind, I will help you find one that fits your fitness level and goals.
